JIUQI LLC provides custom software development, game development, technical consulting, and related digital professional services. Because each project is tailored to a client's requirements, these services are not returnable or exchangeable.

Starting prices shown in our store are initial service fees. The final scope, deliverables, schedule, milestones, fees, and any change requests must be confirmed in writing before substantial work begins. If there is a conflict, the written project proposal, statement of work, or signed project agreement controls.

Cancellation before work begins. Contact support@jiuqillc.com as soon as possible. We will review the request and, where work has not started, may refund amounts paid less any non-recoverable third-party fees or expressly approved discovery work.

After work begins. Fees for completed work, reserved team capacity, approved discovery, design, development, consulting, or third-party costs are non-refundable. If a prepaid amount remains unused, any refund will be considered in good faith based on the written project documents and the work performed.

Quality concerns. If a delivered item materially fails to meet an agreed written specification, notify us promptly at support@jiuqillc.com. We will review the issue and, where applicable, address reproducible defects under the applicable project agreement. New features, changes in scope, and third-party platform issues are not defects.

To request a cancellation or refund review, email support@jiuqillc.com with your order number, project name, and a clear description of the request. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
