JIUQI LLC provides custom software development, game development, technical consulting, and related digital professional services. We do not ship physical products. No carrier, tracking number, physical delivery address, or physical shipping fee applies to these services.

Service delivery begins after purchase and after the required project information is received and confirmed. The exact scope, milestones, delivery method, acceptance criteria, and schedule are set out in the applicable written proposal, statement of work, or project agreement.

Deliverables may include discovery documents, design files, source code, builds, access credentials, consultation sessions, or other digital materials. We deliver them electronically through agreed project channels, such as email, a shared workspace, a secure repository, or a client-approved platform.

Client delays in supplying requirements, feedback, content, approvals, access, or third-party credentials may affect the delivery schedule. Changes in scope will be assessed separately and may require revised fees or timelines.
