These Terms of Service govern your use of jiuqillc.com and purchases from JIUQI LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services
JIUQI LLC provides custom software development, game development, technical consulting, product strategy, and related digital professional services. Store listings describe starting service packages and are not a commitment to a complete project scope.

2. Scope, pricing, and changes
Before substantial project work begins, we may request requirements and confirm the scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, schedule, and acceptance criteria in writing. Any written project proposal, statement of work, or signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Requests that change the agreed scope may require revised fees or timelines.

3. Payments and cancellation
Payments are governed by the applicable order and written project documents. Custom services are not returnable or exchangeable. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and the applicable written project documents.

4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content, required access, and permissions for materials you provide. Delays in receiving these items may affect project schedules and delivery dates.

5. Delivery and acceptance
Digital deliverables may be provided by email, secure repository, shared workspace, or another agreed electronic channel. Delivery method, testing process, and acceptance criteria are set out in the applicable written project documents. New features or scope changes are not defects unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

6. Intellectual property
Ownership and license rights for project-specific deliverables are determined by the applicable written project documents and become effective only after all applicable fees are paid. JIUQI LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, reusable components, and third-party materials, subject to any licenses that apply.

7. Third-party services
Projects may use third-party platforms, tools, libraries, app stores, hosting providers, or payment services. Their terms, availability, changes, and fees may affect a project. JIUQI LLC does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their continued availability.

8. No business or platform guarantee
Except where expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee a particular commercial result, revenue, user adoption, approval by a third-party platform, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JIUQI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
